DeeAnn is a certified Project and Change Management Professional, holding a Master's degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication from Northern Arizona University.
Among her notable achievements, DeeAnn served as the Senior Vice President of Operations and Strategy for the Phoenix Suns, where she spearheaded corporate strategy and business planning while overseeing multi-million-dollar projects, and orchestrated transformation of the organization's technology infrastructure, Human Resources functions, and various critical operations. Additionally, she has restructured, privatized, and aligned several businesses, achieving significant growth through innovative solutions.

With over 20 years of CEO experience in for profit and not for profit organizations he has successfully led organizational startups, scales, and turnarounds he has 10 plus years coaching and consulting. Stuart brings a unique and highly effective perspective as an expert business and leadership coach to help leaders and organizations define their purpose, align their direction, and develop strategies to increase their revenues and impact.

Stuart is a seasoned leader and coach helping guide organizations towards sustainable growth, powerful and positive cultures, scalability, and transformation. Among his notable achievements, Stuart was the Founder and CEO of WachsField Technologies which he led to consistent 25+ percent year over year growth as CEO and sold in 2022 and has served as CEO at 3 different large non-profits,. Stuart also has successfully started other business including an Inline Hockey Center which turned a facility that was losing $200,000 a year into profitability by its second year. In his non-profit work Stuart led the successful turnarounds of 4 non-profits, one as COO and three as CEO. In all cases driving significant revenue growth, turning around very negative cultures and creating strong brand recognition.
