Nonprofit Bootcamp

OnPoint Impact is excited to offer a Nonprofit Boot Camp for CEOs and their Leadership Teams who desire to grow their organizations and impact.  DeeAnn Palin and Stuart Wachs, the founders of OnPoint Impact (OPI), are long-experienced leadership coaches who have a proven track record of building and transforming organizations.  As certified Metronomics coaches, they bring their depth of experience, including leading Nonprofits, and the Metronomics compound growth system to enable organizations to achieve their strategic, financial, operational, and cultural goals.

At the Boot Camp on March 27th, you and your leadership team will create solid alignment on core purpose and values while crafting a vision that is aligned.  You will then work on a highly achievable and aspirational 3-year goal that will move your organization towards that vision with clarity and accountability.  The Boot Camp will include:

A clear path to evaluate and improve your execution. You will leave with a Functional Organizational Chart and an understanding of the key functions and accountabilities to drive your organization forward.

Creating or refining your BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal).  This long-term, 10 – 30 year, goal serves as your North Star to guide and create alignment for your team and company.  You will then align the BHAG to your core purpose and values.

Creating a 3HAG (Three year Highly ACHIEVABLE Goal). The 3HAG becomes an evolving guide for your annual and quarterly goals.  A 3HAG defines measurable success criteria, including financial goals, key capabilities, and a defined statement of what you will be known for in the marketplace. The 3HAG and the corresponding tools lead to the establishment of annual goals and organizational growth..

This is a great opportunity at the beginning of the year to build cohesion with your leadership team and create clear direction and goals.  We promise powerful “Aha” moments along the way.  You will walk away with a One Page Strategic Plan that can be used in refining your 2024 and 2025 annual planning/goals.
