First Annual Executive Roundup

Our first annual Executive Roundup was designed to bring together leadership from around the Phoenix area for a night of networking and celebtrating.

Thank you to all who joined us for our first annual OnPoint Impact Roundup.  We hope everyone had a hootin’ hollerin’ good time! We enjoyed seeing our friends, partners, and clients and hope you made some great new connections.

Thank you for coming out to celebrate our 1 year anniversary and our new location. Thanks again to Blavin/Bettin scholars, CrossFirst Bank, and M3F for sponsoring the event. Here’s to a great year ahead for all of us in business and in life.

We look forward to seeing you soon!

Fostering Heroes Strategic Planning Retreat

Fostering Heroes is a nonprofit that supports foster youth. We worked with their board and executive leadership on a full day strategic planning session to develop vision, long term plans and assess their unique positioning in the market.

"The essence of servant leadership! Thank you DeeAnn Palin and Stuart Wachs for spending 7 hours with the Fostering Heroes Foundation Board in guiding us through OnPoint Impact's

Metronomics strategic planning workshop. Clarity, focus, drive and impact are in our future. Your guidance and coaching has set us up for success not only for 2024; but, for the next 3 - 10 years. If you are looking for a strategic alignment and growth coaching firm for your for-profit or non-profit, I personally recommend OnPoint Impact!"

-Ryan Parker, Co-founder

OnPoint Impact Boot Camp

The OnPoint Impact team hosted a Metronomics bootcamp for executive leaders.  The companies worked on their vision, strategy, 3 year plans including better understanding of key functions, what drives revenue and execution

"The OnPoint Impact team delivered a very informative and productive training setting a strong foundation for CurrIQūnet to work from.

And we are thankful for your efforts, talents, and guidance.

On a personal note, I could not have asked for a better outcome. . . the areas of my concern were identified by the team and I now have the team involved, invested, and ready to pick up the reigns with me. For that, I will be forever grateful."

-Mark Svorinic, CEO of CurrIQūnet
