His proven ability to build high-performing teams, develop and implement strategic plans, establish and improve brand,  and create organizational culture, helps agencies to meet and exceed their goals.

Mr. Wachs founded The Impact Group Consulting to bring his diverse experience and expertise to CEOs and Boards to help them to maximize their leadership and organizational impact. 

In addition, Mr. Wachs serves as Vice President of Board Developer. He brings its resources in advisory and fiduciary responsibility, board formation, and organizational development to The Impact Group clients.
